As individuals and as organizations we are always in the process of change and rebirth. That change can be slow or it can come upon us suddenly, but there is no stasis. So often we are told who we are and who we are allowed to be. The pain of shedding those old selves is real, but necessary to thrive and become the truest versions of ourselves.
