Community Garden Workday

Join us for our next Community Garden Workday! Everyone is welcome, whether you’re an experienced gardener or just want to lend a hand.

We’ll be weeding, preparing garden beds for fall planting, and refreshing the soil with compost and other materials. A brief garden meeting will take place at 10:00 am at the picnic table.

October is a great time to plant cool-season vegetables, including broccoli, bok choy, kale, Swiss chard, arugula, carrots, and other leafy greens.

Bring your water bottle, gardening gloves, and refreshments to share if you’d like. Thank you to all our volunteers for helping keep our community garden growing!
