Bay Area Unitarian Universalist Church (BAUUC) is hiring a Youth Director to develop and grow our youth program. BAUUC is a vibrant, mid-sized liberal religious community on the outskirts of Houston, Texas, serving and drawing members from many surrounding communities in the region. The Youth Director is responsible for developing and coordinating vibrant programming and spiritual development for middle and high school youth. The position is expected to require approximately 15 hours per week. The hourly rate will be $22-27 based on experience and qualifications. Please note that qualifications may be met as a result of lived experience, volunteer work, professional experience, and/or formal or informal training.
