Chair Yoga classes will resume on Monday, January 6th, 2025, and all are welcome to join! Classes will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in Cockrell Hall. Sheila Conner will lead the sessions, bringing fresh, new ideas to enhance your yoga experience. To ensure safety on the linoleum floors, please bring slip-resistant socks (available on Amazon at reasonable prices) and a yoga mat.
