Buddhist Meditation
Our Buddhist Meditation Group warmly welcomes everyone to join us for our weekly sessions. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, our group meets every Sunday at 4:00pm in the church sanctuary. No prior experience is required, and you do not need to be Buddhist to participate. Come and experience the benefits of mindfulness and inner peace in a supportive and inclusive environment.
