Our Whole Lives

Our Whole Lives, the Unitarian Universalist Gold Standard sexuality curriculum series, helps people of all ages make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual health and behavior. It equips participants with accurate, age-appropriate information in six subject areas: human development, relationships, personal skills, sexual behavior, health, and the culture of our society.

Grounded in a holistic view of sexuality, Our Whole Lives not only provides facts about anatomy and human development, but also helps participants clarify their values, build interpersonal skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of sexuality. The classes are taught by extensively trained volunteers, and all materials are age-appropriate and available for personal purchase at uuabookstore.org.

BAUUC offers these levels of Our Whole Lives:

K-1st grades

4th-5th grades

7th-9th grades
