Addressing Escalating Inequality

Challenging extreme inequality is a moral imperative. The escalation of inequality undergirds so many injustices which our Unitarian Universalist faith movement is committed to addressing: from economic injustice to mass incarceration; from migrant injustice to climate change; from sexual and gender injustice to attacks on voting rights. Director Lifespan Religious Education Patti Withers will present a two-part discussion class on Inequality on Wednesdays February 28 and March 7 starting at 7:00pm in the church library. Escalating Inequality was chosen as the 2014-2018 Congregational Study Action/Issue by the Unitarian Universalist General Assembly.  We will use the UUA Study Guide to help us discuss this issue.
